However, some roads remain closed to traffic, such as Main M.A. Jinnah Road near Numaish and Kamran Chowrangi. Alternative routes have been suggested to ease congestion, including diverting traffic from Capri to Soldier Bazaar and from Mausamiat to University Road.

In District Malir, Abul Hasan Isphahani road near Super Highway and Abbas Town is closed from both sides, with traffic being diverted through alternative routes. Similarly, in District Central, University Road near Metro Shopping Center towards NIPA remains closed, with traffic being diverted to interior areas.
