During the 22nd board meeting of the Tourism Corporation of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (TCK-P), Chief Minister Mahmood Khan issued directives to fast-track the opening of the newly established K-P Cultural Tourism Authority. Transition Plan
As part of the recovery strategy, the chief minister instructed officials to finalize the necessary procedures for the immediate opening of the K-P Cultural Tourism Authority. Additionally, steps are to be taken for the liquidation of TCK-P, with its assets and liabilities to be transferred to the culture and tourism authority. The employees of TCK-P will be absorbed into the new authority, ensuring a smooth transition.

To expedite the legal, administrative, and financial aspects of the transition process, a committee led by K-P Additional Chief Secretary Shakil Qadir has been established. This committee will work diligently to streamline all necessary procedures and present recommendations to the relevant authorities within a week.
