Three brothers were tragically killed, and a cousin injured in a violent attack that shook the city of Faisalabad. The incident took place early Monday at the Saddar police station in Tandlaianwala, targeting detainees who were being held for their alleged involvement in a murder case. The victims, Bilal, Usman, and Nasir, were locked up due to their connection with a case filed under Section 302.

The armed assailants stormed the police station, using a ladder to scale the back of the building. They managed to lock the duty officers inside their rooms before opening fire on the detainees. As a result, the three brothers lost their lives, while their cousin, Asif, sustained injuries in the assault.

The victims, belonging to the Sukhera clan, were accused of killing members of the rival Kharal clan. The victims, Azam and Zulfiqar, had been facing tensions for over a month following one brother’s marriage against the wishes of the bride’s family.
Eyewitnesses reported that the brothers were ambushed by unidentified gunmen while returning home on a motorcycle. The bodies were taken to a hospital for an autopsy and later handed over to their family for burial in their native village.
